3/28/05 - We have another new member! The insanely talented Ira Marcks has joined Found Hat Press! Hooray! Ira will have a story published in You Ain't No Dancer, much like both Jamie and Phil. Make sure to pick up a copy of that book when it hits shelves in September. In other news, Tyler and Zach have finished building themselves a brand new website. 3/17/05 - Big News! Both Jamie and Phil will have comics published in the upcoming anthology You Ain't No Dancer from New Reliable Press. The book should hit shelves in September and will hopefully be debuting at SPX. 3/5/05 - Natasha's journal comics have been reviewed by both Websnark and TalkABoutComics.com. 2/27/05 - First and foremost, we have a new member. Natasha Allegri has agreed to join up with Found Hat Press. Her comics are excellent and we are very excited to have her around. Stop by the message board and give her some love! Phil, Jamie, Natasha, and Mike are all going to be starting DAILY comics tomorrow (2/28). Why are they going to be subjecting themselves to such torture, you ask? Because they have all joined the The Daily Grind Iron Man Challenge! Tyler recently completed "The Unasked Question", which will be his next mini comic. He has 3 other mini comics in the pipes, one of which is a collaboration with Leah Rizzo. 1/24/05 - Stuv and Phil's cartoon epic Bean debuts on Serializer.net today! 1/13/05 - We've starte-y're up to both collectively and individually every so often. The entire crew is working on thier first collective effort, Found Hat Press Presents. It's an anthology of sorts. The first issue revolves around the theme of "isolation". More then half of the group is done with thier contributions, so keep an eye out for the completion of this project. Jamie recently completed Fishing, a beautiful little story about being a child. It is going to be released as a mini comic soon and should clock in at about 50 pages. Check out what people have been saying about Fishing. Stuv and Phil's cartoon epic, Bean, will be making it's debut on Serializer.net very soon. If all goes according to plan, Bean will go up on Monday (1/17). Phil also just completed Virus, a new mini comic. Virus, originally drawn for Strip Fight, clocks in at 10 pages in mini comic form. He is also working on Wings, another stab at a mini comic. Wings is being serialized on Phil's website as a weekly comic until it's completion, at which point it will only be available as a mini comic. Tyler is still hard at work on his series of mini comics, The Ink Black Adventure. he also claims to have a new web comic in the works. He is also working on recording an EP with Zach. Chris is still hard at work on his daily journal comics. Mike has yet to slip up with his record of being the only human being alive to enter every single round of Strip Fight. His record is currently at 40 weeks.
